Consultations

Yes, the first step is to sit down and chat!  At Tenato, we offer two types of initial consultations:

1. EVALUATION CONSULTATION: Free of charge, an Evaluation Consultation is an opportunity to meet us in person to see if there’s a good fit.   We like to ask you about your needs, your hopes, and your struggles, and we invite you to ask us whatever burning questions might be in your mind.  If there seems to be a good fit, we’ll usually get into more depth and really get specific about your needs and expectations so that we can prepare a proposal.   This type of consultation is intended for those who are considering an ongoing relationship (or conducting project work) with us, as opposed to those seeking immediate short-term advice.

2. STRATEGY CONSULTATION: If you are in a situation where you need immediate, short-term advice, we offer one-off “Strategy Consultations” — which are a lot of fun, and right dig into the nuts and bolts quickly (and yes, it can be like drinking water from a fire hose!).  For a one-time fee of $699+GST, we prepare preliminary research into your brand and its competitors and provide a two-hour consultation, during which we’ll offer as many ideas and suggestions as possible.   Once the consultation is complete, and your head is spinning with ideas, we also supply a written summary of our discussion via email, just to make sure you don’t forget all we’ve discussed.   That said, if you should decide you need more, ongoing consultations after this, we can still proceed to preparing a proposal at no additional charge.
