Consultations
At Tenato, we offer two types of initial consultations:
1. EVALUATION CONSULTATION: Free of charge, an evaluation consultation is an opportunity to meet us in person to see if there’s a good fit. We like to ask you about your needs, your hopes, and your struggles, and we invite you to ask us whatever burning questions might be in your mind. If there seems to be a good fit, we’ll usually get into more depth and really get specific about your needs and expectations so that we can prepare a proposal. This type of consultation is intended for those who are considering a long-term relationship or major project with us, as opposed to those seeking immediate short-term advice.
2. STRATEGY CONSULTATION: If you are in a situation where you need immediate advice, we offer one-off consultations. For a one-time fee of $900+GST= $945, we provide preliminary research into your company and competitors, and a two-hour consultation to review your existing business strategy, communications and selling processes and provide feedback. Such a consultation is an effective way to quickly assess a strategy and then see what issues immediately jump out as “red flags.” Once the consultation is complete, we provide a brief summary of recommendations to you via email. While a one-off strategy consultation is by no means a strategic plan, it can be immensely useful to have an expert provide first impressions of strategy, pinpoint possible weak areas, and recommend areas for further consideration.
