Fee Structure

What are typical hourly rates for marketing consulting?

At Tenato, we don’t charge hourly rates – and there are two approaches we take to fees.  If you’re on a very tight budget, we can provide a one-off consultation to give you as many “do it yourself” ideas as we can within a two hour, high-powered  “Strategy Consultation” (see CONSULTATIONS) for $699 + GST.

If you’re ready to commit to really reaching the next level,  then we can spread the cost in a manner that suits you, and include/exclude a range of services, depending on your needs:

• Market Research
• Strategic Planning
• Sales Recruiting and/or Training
• Ongoing Business Coaching (meetings weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly)
• Writing Proposals, Letters, and Content for Website
• Public Relations

At Tenato, we help you manage the cost of planning and growing your business by giving you payment options: Either fixed fee (ranging from about $15,000 – $80,000 CAD depending on size/scope of your business, with a portion upfront) or as a monthly fee  ($1,500 – $8,000 CAD per month) depending on the scope and size of your needs, with a fixed term of 3 months, 6 months or 1 year.

You will always receive a written proposal,  and an initial consultation to help us define the scope you need.  If you have a specific budget in mind, we encourage you to share it with us — we can usually define the scope in such a way to fit your budget — and potentially engage you or your team in some of the leg work to lower your costs.
