Why We’re Hiring
What’s the scoop on this? Well, we’ve actually added a few new key accounts in late 2020, and at the same time, a couple of our team members have decided to dial down their time commitments, related to some family and personal changes. Our team members here tend to be multi-talents, so we have different needs to backfill.
Hours and Arrangements
One thing we pride ourselves on at Tenato is being about the most flexible employer a person could ever ask for. We are open to people who want to work flexible hours, in different time zones, part time, as contractors, or casually. You can live and work from home as long as you’re doing the job!
We usually start new team members off with some kind of part-time or contracted arrangement until we have a better understanding of how they work, before taking them on full time. This is because the amount by which we need their ongoing time will usually depend on the skills they bring to the table.
Who’s a Fit for Us?
To us, what really matters is the thoughtful diligence you have in your work, and the responsiveness when we need to reach you. So a track record of great work and a strong first impression matter more than formal education. If you want to consult, you’ll need a lot of experience, and initiative, but we’ll fully support you.
Other Marketing Job Skills Needed
While the above list of talent is a starting point, it is only a guideline. If you have other skills such as sales, illustration, app development, or database/CRM skills, we’ll still be interested in chatting with you. If you have strong selling and marketing skills of almost any kind, it is likely we can find some way to work together.
